1. What RipTip.io Is

RipTip.io is a free web utility that allows creators to:

• Generate smartlinks tied to XRP or RIPT wallet addresses, and
• Share those links with audiences who can send tips using the Xaman wallet on the XRPL network.

RipTip.io does not hold, store, or process funds. All transactions occur directly between users on the XRP Ledger, outside of our control.

2. Eligibility

To use RipTip.io, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal right and authority to use XRP Ledger-based tools and digital assets.
• Agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to digital assets and online transactions.

3. No Custody or Financial Services

RipTip.io is not a wallet, exchange, custodian, payment processor, or financial service provider. We never hold or transmit any cryptocurrency or fiat currency. Your interactions with the XRPL network are entirely peer-to-peer via your chosen wallet (such as Xaman).

You are solely responsible for managing your wallet, private keys, and assets. If you lose access to your wallet or send funds to the wrong address, we cannot recover them.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the XRP or RIPT address you provide.
• You will not use RipTip.io for fraud, scams, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
• You will verify the identity of recipients before sending tips.
• You will not attempt to harm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Site or its systems.
• You understand that RipTip.io provides links and utilities only, not payment guarantees.

5. Public Smartlinks

Smartlinks created on RipTip.io are public. Anyone with the link can view your display name, wallet address, and any additional public information you provide (such as social links). Do not include sensitive or private information in your smartlink.

You can request deletion of a smartlink by contacting centius8@gmail.com.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use RipTip.io for:

• Fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
• Impersonating other individuals or brands.
• Promoting or distributing malware, spam, or offensive content.
• Violating intellectual property rights or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove or disable any smartlink that violates these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All design elements, trademarks, logos, and graphics on RipTip.io (including the "RipTip.io" name, brand imagery, and mascot) are the property of RipTip.io and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You retain full ownership of your XRP or RIPT addresses and any external content you link to.

8. No Warranties

RipTip.io is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about:

• Site uptime or functionality,
• Accuracy of smartlinks,
• Transaction success or completion,
• Security or reliability of third-party wallets or networks.

Use the Site at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipTip.io and its operators, developers, or affiliates are not liable for:

• Loss of funds, tokens, NFTs, or digital assets,
• Scams, impersonation, or fraudulent activity by third parties,
• Service interruptions or software errors,
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

You acknowledge that all XRP Ledger transactions are irreversible and that RipTip.io has no control over them.

10. Third-Party Wallets and Integrations

RipTip.io integrates with Xaman Wallet for XRP/RIPT transactions. Your use of Xaman or any other wallet is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control or guarantee the performance of any third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any smartlink at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms,
• Suspected fraudulent or harmful behavior, or
• Technical or operational reasons.

Upon termination, any active smartlinks you created may be disabled or removed.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time. We are not obligated to maintain or support any feature indefinitely.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RipTip.io, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Site,
• Violation of these Terms,
• Transactions conducted using your smartlinks, or
• Content or information you provide publicly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be handled in a competent court within the United States.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the changes. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
